It’s pretty much all the same as before.
WSVN is on top from 5am to 9am, and at 5pm, 5:30pm. Oddly 7 displaced 10 from the 6pm as most watched for that time. 7News was also #1 during the 10pm hour. NBC6 sits on top fo the Monday-Friday 11pm show, and if weekends are included WFOR is on top. By the way they’re still fighting over who’s #1 at that time. Overall WFOR came first, followed by WSVN, WTVJ was third and sadly WPLG was dead last. ABC hasn’t helped them much at all.

In the Palm Beach market WPTV was the clear leader as it has been for so many years and if that’s not enough their ratings in all time slots are bigger than those of their competitors combined. How’s that for kicking some serious news ass. The 10pm newscast from WFLX-Fox29 beat WPBF’s 11pm show

By 2015 there won’t be any TV schedules, instead everything you watch will be downloaded on your souped up 1 terabyte of storage TiVo. Maybe.
At least that’s what Mississippi Sunday Herald predicts.

Of course if that’s not enough, you can wait for holographic TV, now under development

New digs more space for CNN New York ops

CNN has officially moved to the Time Warner center.
To sum it up these are what the new digs give them:
Completely digital built from the ground up with broacasting in mind studios
5 floors and 200,000 sq ft of space
6,000 miles of cable giving them double the capacity for incoming video.
Server-based video editing either throughout the offices or from Atlanta
High-definition ready (but not broadcasting yet in Hi-Def)
Has 4 backup generators in case of power failiure
Electric bill annually equals to that of 3,700 family homes

The new studios fill feature a behind the scenes tour much like the one in Atlanta except this one will be focusing more on what it’s like to be a journalist and CNN’s newsgathering.

American morning will continue to be aired from 6th Avenue in New York City and the headquarters are staying in Atlanta
