WFOR has decided to preempt everything and go hurricane round the clock it seems. It’s 1:31am and they have the morning team on. I’m not sure I see what’s the point the hurricane has still some ways to go, and all the info they’re giving away is a rehash of the rehash of the rehash from 2 and a half hours ago. And it’s evident they don’t have much to say because the live reporters keep on rambling longer than usual, repeating the same thing 2-3 times. And besides, who’s watching? Most all people have to go to work tomorrow morning!

That is the question and it seems we have decided not to, or we would at the last minute if we think our asses are about to get nailed. As usual. All stations started the evening news at 4pm with special editions of their newscasts. 7News started at 4 and kept going untill 7pm, the others untill 6:30. However it seems that WPLG is going with the hurricane, not sure if they just started at 8pm or what but they’re on and the othe guys aren’t. The good thing is our apartment is in the middle facing South so unless the roof flies off we should be fine, unless we go to my brother in law who’s pretty much fortified. The bad thing is there’s no where to go hiding but South and even then we’re bound to get slammed with at least some wind and rain.

August rolled over and this site is raking some major traffic compared to previous months, mabye because there’s more videos but there’s also more people visiting. Almost 2000 people visited this month and bandwith (how much people have downloaded) is at 11.5GB. The most visited pages are the front page, followed by the pages for WSVN, WFOR, WPLG and then WTVJ. Most requested file is June 2001 7News at 11pm openning sequence video. Shouts go out to everyone old and new for visitng us and most importantly thanks to those who send their tips and insider info, I won’t mention them by name but you know who you are 😉
