WPLG is adding another reporter to their ranks, Christina Boomer Vasquez who was most recently reporter and multimedia journalist at KNXV ABC15 in Phoenix, Arizona.
This is actually a home-coming for Vasquez, she was born and raised in Kendall with most of her and her husband’s family still living in South Florida.
Of course as with other recent WPLG hires she too is blogging her road trip to South Florida from Arizona on Local10.com
Look for her on Local 10 News sometime in October.
Wow. I can’t wait to read about her. I can’t wait for her to tell me all about her move. I’m sure it will be fascinating reading.
I especially want to know everything that happens on the 24 hour drive on I-10 to Florida.

How many fast food restaurants did she stop at?
