Looks like WSVN Anchor, Belkys Nerey, is actually saying “Ciao, ciao” to two of three of the three properties she owns in South Florida. Nerey co-owns these three properties with her partner (or ex-partner I assume after this), Ivette Rosado. Two of the three homes are in foreclosure because Rosado was not paying her portion of the co-ownership, accused Nerey. The properties were purchased in 1999 and 2002 with right of survivorship. Allegedly, Rosado stopped making payments on the properties in 2007, and loans are now in default with Wells Fargo and GMAC at an estimated $535,000. As a result, Nerey is trying to force the sale of the properties. Two of their properties are homes in Miami, and one is a condo in Surfside which total up to an estimated $1.2 million.
