Well, would someone like to explain to Arlene Borenstein at NBC6 that the Irish form of poetry spelled “limerick” is pronounced “lim-e-rick” and not “LYME-uh-rick” as she did Sunday morning, on tape? Jeez…
Well, did someone check out all the dumb things Julie Durda mentioned this morning and how she spoke like for three to four minutes. She takes way too much time. I think Durda messes up more than any other person in 7news. You can literally sit and watch her and count all her mistakes. So I wouldn’t bash Christine for one mistake. 7’s real problem is Durda.
Julie makes at least one mistake each time I watch her, whether it be messing up a temperature number or neighborhood (e.g. calling Westchester “Windchester”). On the other hand, she has a lively personality and is quite a lovely sight to behold.
