  2. What happened to Michael Smith (weekend weather on WPLG)? He disappeared and Betty Davis (formerly of The Weather Channel) took his place. Can’t find any comment about this and WPLG site does not have Betty Davis’ bio. It still has Michael Smith’s bio. Thanks.

    • It appears John Guaraldi is the odd man out. Michael Smith has shifted to John’s old shift – weekend evenings. But WPLG has still not updated the website. Guaraldi is still there and Betty Davis is still missing.

      Nobody’s talking about John, but his Local 10 facebook page hasn’t been updated since September.

Well Julie Durda Is Going To WPLG Local 10 This April But Now The Big Question Is Where Will Nathalie Pozo Will Go She’s Currently Working At Total Traffic Doing The Evening Traffic Updates Via The James Crityal Enterprises Stations Of 640 Sports W M E N & Big Talk 850 W F T L & She’s Bin There Since Last Year She’s Left NBC 6 On April 27th & That Was Her Last Day On NBC 6 Since Then She’s Bin On Radio Witch TV Station In South Florida Will Hire Her This Year CBS 4 WSVN 7 Or WPLG Local 10 We Will Have To Wait & See What Happens Later This Year ?

  6. There seems to be a mass exodus from NBC 2, WBBH in Fort Myers. I hear many people are leaving without other jobs to go to. A half a dozen more are leaving in the next month. Any idea what is going on there? I see so many new faces? I hear it’s management issues. This is sad to hear.
