Not taking anything away from Lorita, but I’ve seen better weather girls on Channel 23 and 51. They’re barely scratching the surface.

The interview is worse than the pictures. She sounds like a complete idiot! FHM could have helped her out with a little air brushing in certain areas. Ladies with fake tits that big are either strippers or pornstars. Anybody familar with her backround? Those pic’s won’t hurt her career but the interview surely will.

A: When I auditioned, they wanted to know if I could deal with anything thrown my way—then we had hurricanes every week for my first six weeks. The article is funny; because all of you want Elita to be some 60 minute reporter…she’s not! She’s just a chick that does the weather. Let’s be real… I bet if someone REALLY did there research they’d find out that she was probably a girl from Cali who stripped there way thru school and later was offered a local job based on her porn star t*ts and he flat stomach (I luv fake t*ts but Elita does take it to the next level…LOL). WSVN needed a replacement for Jackie and Kate…both left at the same time, and truth be told MANY guys watched WSVN just because of Jackie (I was one of them). Soooooo when Elita came, well it wasn’t so much of a fall off.

Now I’m happy she’s getting her degree cause maybe during a storm she will get more air time. Personally, I had the chance to meet her and her boyfriend at Dave and Busters of 95 about a year plus ago and I can say this she is probably one of the nicest people you will ever meet… that being said she did strike me as naive. I was watching a baseball game cursing at the TV when she told me, “You have a pottie mouth”… I was like yeah she’s cute…but who the F says Potty Mouth anymore 🙂 LOL. Even in the article she says all men in South Florida are nice to her…DUH they all want to bang you Elita…. LOL 🙂

I agree.. her interview did portray her as a … lets just say it was disappointing.. watching her on tv shc looks like she has or had so much class… that interview destroyed that.. and her tv pics look a lot better than those in FHM .. i think they did her wrong.. but if she answered those questions herself like that .. then she did herself wrong…

I agree that beauty and intelligence are not mutually exclusive. Unfortunately for Elita, she’s fugly, and based on that interview, she’s clearly not intelligent. But fortunately for her, no one apparently looks above her neck.

the pictures are another level entirely. her breasts are clearly as fake as her forecasts. but how does a GM and a news director allow their weather people to appear so uneducated about their job? the next hurricane that comes along, their coverage loses so much credibilty. and does the public really need to know the anchors are singing nelly furtado’s “promiscuous” right before they’re talking about north korea?

And don’t be silly, it’s great PR for the station, sexy weather-girls are what they are known for, you think she’s wears a tight sweater on the air by accident? I think Elita is a beautiful young woman. The interview was in no way representative of her acumen. She will go far in this visual medium.

Typical men. In one photo her breasts actually appear to be mis-shapen. The plastic surgeon appears to have done a bad job. I guess most of the men on here just like big fake breasts no matter how they appear. It also hurts her reputation, you can have bad press. Imagine getting a book before her broadcast to sound knowledgable. She does not have a good enough body for Playboy, in a few years you will see her in Hustler. She has no interest in being a professionl newsperson or weatherperson doing a piece like that. She will either end up as some entertainment correspondent or in porn.
