WSVN reporter Adrianna Hopkins is trading South Florida for the Big Easy, and for a job promotion (and more sleep too!). Hopkins is joining WDSU, the local NBC affiliate in New Orleans, where she will co-anchor that station’s 5 pm and 10 pm newscasts.
Hopkins has been with WSVN for the past three years, having joined in January 2012 as Today in Florida reporter. She is the second reporter to leave WSVN recently with a nice career bump, Eugene Ramirez just left for WFLA in Tampa where he will co-anchor the weekday morning newscasts.
wow loved watching her….can we have more ashley morrison now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
She has become very polished in a short period of time and should have been given the morning news slot instead of that phony Knox. Class act and deserved a promotion so she took her act on the road and will be well liked up and down Bourbon Street. Break a leg Adreanna.
Love adrianna. Happy to see her moving up to an evening anchor position. Danielle knox is an excellent anchor. I However, agree adrianna should have been given the today in florida position and danielle placed on the weekday evening slot.
You talk about being polished, you should try that sometime. You know whats phony, people like you hiding behind an article chat. Danielle Knox is not only classy, but she is a beautiful person inside and out. I can actually say that because she is a personal friend. Don’t judge a person unless you have actually met them. Thanks!
what about ashley morrison……..between diana diaz and her my bookends are complete….
I concur one of the main reasons men watch 7 news is because their morning news team use to be so easy on the eyes and Ashley would have been a great addition instead of Knox. Still might happen when the station discovers why Knox has been to so many different stations.
Stick to sports freak! I love how people are so quick to judge. Danielle is an awesome anchor hints why so many TV stations WANT her!!
Bye Felicia!
Good ones always get away then we are saddled with stray cats like Knox.
here kitty kitty….meow…..
