Sinclair, owners of West Palm CBS affiliate WPEC, are in a retransmission fee tussle with Dish Network. On its 7pm newscast tonight WPEC informed viewers the station could soon go dark on Dish if its parent company and the satellite operator do not reach an agreement soon. They also asked viewers to call Dish.
WTVX, WTCN and WWSB, also owned by Sinclair, will be impacted if there is no agreement.

Dish Network has little going for them these days. They are the loudest when these re- transmission agreements come up for renewal.So in other words, who cares?!
