Chip: Scott P. down to earth? Really? A down to earth person does not take a picture of himself in the mirror with his cell phone and post it on a facebook account for work. You can tell by watching him in the AM he is all about “being on TV” and “playing dress up” than he is his job of forecasting the weather.
