Getting word that 10 people at WPEC in Palm Beach have been laid off. Do not know any names yet but I’m told it’s both people in front of and behind the camera.

I don’t know this for sure, but I think that Liz Quirantes might have been among those out at CBS 12. I saw the Friday 6pm News and saw Juan Carlos Fanjul and Suzanne Boyd anchoring it, and Suzanne didn’t say anything like “Liz has the night off”, which gives me the impression that Liz might be out. Yet her face is still in the bio page of the CBS 12 web site.
