As of today former WPTV General Manager Brian Lawlor is the new chairman of the NBC Affiliates Board, reports Broadcasting & Cable magazine. A meeting of all 182 NBC affiliates took place today at the New York Hilton where the vote took place
Currently Lawlor oversees all of Scripps’ TV stations, he was WPTV’s General Manager from 2004 to 2008.
