The Herald is reporting that WPLG GM David Boylan blamed the pre-emption of Michigan’s game to show an anti-Kerry ad to an employee who “thought ABC was showing highlights of a game already finished”. The employee switched to the ad and half an hour later at 8pm live coverage of the game resumed. Boylan said the station’s mistake was “regrettable”..
Strange how it’s always the dumb employee that fucks things up. What I’m curious about is where was everyone else looking at? Or is there everyone else on saturdays?
