One of my so cool tipsters just told me that new promos have begun running on WPLG featuring Laurie Jennings where she talks about coming back to South Florida and says something like “it’s great to finally work for a news station that doesn’t have to hype every story”. Clearly taking a swipe at 7News, what’s not so clear is did she say that on her own or was it a script?
