WPBF Names Morning, Weekend Anchors
WPBF News 25 News Director Joseph Coscia has named Bryce Daniels morning anchor and Corey Saban weekend anchor.Daniels has been a reporter at WPBF for more than two years, having joined the station from WFSB TV in Hartford, Conn., to be closer to her family here in the Palm Beaches. Bryce is a graduate of Elon College; beginning her career as a producer in Tyler, Texas; then moving on to Wichita Falls, Texas, as a crime reporter and weekend anchor.
She then went on to KGAM in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, as Iowa City bureau chief and anchor before moving to WVIT and then WFSB in Connecticut. Bryce will assume her new role as morning anchor along with weather specialist Felicia Rodriguez on Aug. 18.
WPBF News Anchor Corey Saban
Saban comes to WPBF from WJXT in Jacksonville, Fla., where he has been a reporter and fill-in anchor since 2002. A graduate of Florida State University, Corey began his career in sports radio in Miami for WINZ.
Over the next several years he worked for the ABC Radio Network, the ESPN Radio Network, WQA Sportsradio and Sportschannel. Corey arrives at WPBF in mid-September.
