A hellicopter frequently used by WINK-TV for asignments crashed today in the Everglades. After 6 hours of rescue attempts the pilot was finally found with no major injuries. In 2000 WTVJ’s chopper crashed in Boca Raton killing the pilot and reporter on board, shortly after that WSVN’s hellicopter Skyforce had to make an emergency landing on a street after engine problems.
